A great Marketing Plan starts with a thorough analysis of the property and location. A thorough inspection of the property (taking measurements, creation of a plus/minus checklist, reviewing zoning, etc.) is compiled. An analysis of properties with similar features currently for sale, under contract and recent sales is completed.
After analysis you will receive David’s unique “10 point Marketing Plan” covering; listing sheets, signage, MLS, Photography, internet, tours/open house, showings, follow-up plan and promotions. We will also discuss the analysis results as to the "Maximum Market Value" of the property based on: 1.Present conditions 2.Minimal improvements 3 “Must fixes” and 4.value add propositions.
